Shipping & Return Policy


Please allow up to five (5) business days for items to ship, unless otherwise specified. Items that may have a delayed shipping timeframe are custom items and pre-orders. See product descriptions for any anticipated delays. You will receive an email once your item has been shipped to you. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is 100% accurate before checking out. We can only ship to the address that you provide at checkout. Items that are returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will incur a re-ship fee.

Shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded on returned items.

In-store Pickup

You may also select the option to pick your item up in our store location. This is a free service and the order can be picked up during our normal business hours located under the "contact us" tab on our website. You will receive an order update notifying you when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow up to 3 business days for in-store pickup orders.

If selecting store pick up, orders need to be picked up within 60 days. Local pick up orders older than 60 days are considered abandoned and will be donated.

We do NOT accept returns for refunds, but will happily accept returns for store credit (see exceptions below) within fourteen (14) days of receipt of shipment. Please email us at for instructions on how to return your order

The following items are final sale and can not be returned to our store/warehouse location:

  • Face Masks
  • End of sale, final sale items, door busters, or any items with discounts

Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. MUST also have tags attached. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If any item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return.

  • The customer is responsible for any/all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number so that it is easier to keep up with where your package is on its way back to us.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your return & store credit to be processed by our returns department.
  • If you send back an item that is not eligible for return it will be the customers responsibility to pay a $5.00 return shipping charge to have it shipped back to them. We will hold non-eligible return items up to 14 days. If the return shipping is not paid within the 14 day time period then we will donate the item to a local charity.
